After a less than ideal experience at a dealership in LaGrange, Nalley Honda exceeded my expectations. I ended up purchasing the new vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. The car had to be ordered fro LaGrange, Nalley Honda exceeded my expectations. I ended up purchasing the new vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. The car had to be ordered from another location, and they gave us a loaner car at no charge in the meantime. When we returned for delivery, Nalley Honda again exceeded our expectations, and the salesman stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. I LOVE my new Honda, and I will return to Nalley when I am ready to purchase another one - which will be in about 500,000 miles the way Hondas last! More

Run do not walk from this dealership. They ruin the reputation for a Nalley dealership. They didnt even own the title to the car they were selling. Then they pulled a bait and switch trying to get me reputation for a Nalley dealership. They didnt even own the title to the car they were selling. Then they pulled a bait and switch trying to get me to accept an inferior car while they held my money hostage. Then weeks later put the check in the mail. Such a shame but dealt with the entire used car staff and none was professional. Smoking while dealing with you, completely stereotypical used car salesman. We are no longer in the 70's people get with the program. More
