Tacata airbag recall repair I don’t know who or whom repaired my vehicle for the Taketa airbag recall, I had my vehicle in for repair on Monday June 20 2016, I should have comple I don’t know who or whom repaired my vehicle for the Taketa airbag recall, I had my vehicle in for repair on Monday June 20 2016, I should have completed a better inspection before accepting my vehicle because the tires appear to have been driven against a narrow drive. They have yellow strips around the circumference of all four of the tire about 3 inches in width. The right rear tire has a large 2 inch gash in the tire from someone driving up on a curb or something. I’m very upset, angry and disappointed in Nelly Honda for the way they return my vehicle. That is not good service or quality control for the service person or supervisor who let my vehicle get damaged in this manner. I now have to purchase new tires because the sidewall of the damage tire cannot be repaired. Thanks for nothing Nelly Honda. More

Last GM didn't do much for us to return to do trade in soon. Might give them another shot. Hopefully this new GM will offer more deals and savings for former customers. Used to get free oil changes for Mothers on Mother's Day. Hope they do more to win us back. Maybe this new management will help. Nally left us with a bad impression last car we got. Hope that changes. More

One day after shelling out nearly $1K , car won't start I took the car in on Saturday morning at 10:00 in time for the 11AM appointment that was scheduled on phone (they could find no record of the appointm I took the car in on Saturday morning at 10:00 in time for the 11AM appointment that was scheduled on phone (they could find no record of the appointment). Despite the glitch, I agreed to leave the car over the weekend for diagnosis of a problem with intermittent accelaration issues. On Monday, after I called Service center and because I had not received any update on the car all weekend, I was told the the O2 sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. I was further told to replace that part without repairing some of the "top down leaks" would be a waste of time. Relying on Skyler's recommendation, I agreed to have the car repaired at a cost of close to $1000. Next day, the car won't start and it turns out it needs a starter. The starter was replaced by another mechanic and now the car seems to be ok. My questions/concerns/issue: why was this defect not discovered in the diagnostics process? Did you find the bad started but opted to make me aware of the more costly repair issue and opt to fix that issue knowing that the starter was likely to fail but would not be as costly as the repairs you suggested and performed? Needless to say my trust in the integrity of this dealership is gone and its not likely I will return to them in the future nor will I recommend this repair facility to anyone I like. Oh just a couple of other things 1. I left a message for Skylar when the car did not start, he never returned my call. And still has not 3 days later. 2. I did speak to Kwasi (sp?) on the day the car would not start and he suggested I tow the car to them for further repairs, that's priceless! 3. No one has called to follow up call on whether I was pleased with my service and if the car was performing as expected, Why would you? 4. I beleive you were more interested in your bottom line than my satisfaction with your service or my return to your facility. More

Trent was very patient and answered all of my questions. His knowledge of Honda and the car buying process were beyond impressive. I was very pleased with the purchase and the excellent service I received from Trent, Ron in Finance and the Nalley team. Lied about the price of a new Pilot I'd emailed the Director of Internet Sales and asked about the price of a Pilot with leather. After obtaining the "Internet Price" of $34000, I'd the I'd emailed the Director of Internet Sales and asked about the price of a Pilot with leather. After obtaining the "Internet Price" of $34000, I'd then inquired about leasing. After three or four days of asking, I'd finally received a lease quote. I'm sure they'd had no idea that I know how to calculate a lease, because the payments they'd sent me were outrageous. I'd then asked that they provide a breakdown of how they'd arrived at the payments quoted and was shown a price of $38,000. They raised the price $4000 because I'd wanted to lease?!?!? That's not only insane, but a violation of law. If I'd wanted to push it, I'd report it to the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. However, considering that there are plenty of honest Honda dealers in the area and I'd found one of them, I'll simply inform anyone considering doing business at Nalley Honda to be very mindful of prices and pmts quoted to you before you sign anything. More

Before I even parked my vehicle, I was greeted in the parking lot by both representatives. During the transaction process, I was always asked if I was ok or if I needed anything (coffee, water). The General Manager, Mike Higham, came over to me and thanked me for making the trip up, also asking if I needed anything.....he did not have to do that. Mohit Whabi knew exactly what my vehicle needs were and made the transaction process go smoothly. Mohit Whabi was professional and courteous, but most of all, he treated me like family! I highly recommend the services of Mohit Whabi! More

We went to other dealers and they didn't care about our needs. They just wanted to sell a car. We ended up at Nalley Honda in Union City Ga in November . Jeanette was concerned about our needs first. She used her expertise and translated our needs into a vehicle that my wife and I love which was a 2014 Honda Civic Ex. Fast forward to ten months later during the end of September 2015 a deer ran in front of my 2005 Chevy Malibu and cost damage to it. Since the car was ten years old with 235000 miles on it that car was considered as a total loss. We immediately knew who to call. Once again Jeanette along with Thomas White came to the rescue. My next vehicle that I was going to buy was a truck. Once I described how I was going to use it we decided that a SUV fits the type of vehicle that I needed. I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot this time. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and professionalism of Jeanette and the rest of the Nalley Honda team. Jeanette is our salesperson of choice.
