The service I received was absolutely phenomenal! Mr. Johnson ensured that I was not only happy and satisfied with my vehicle but also that it was within my price range. Although, I was a tad bit indecisive during my initial search, he remained very patient and informative. After purchasing my vehicle, Mr. Johnson continued to extend exceptional customer service by following up with me to make sure that I was pleased with my vehicle. I came form another Honda dearlership and was very upset cause I didn't get service that I felt I should have gotten. Went there to get my tire fixed and was told that it couldn't be repaired that I would have to purchase a new one. I was ok with that. I was then told they would have to order the tire and I couldn't get it until the following day. Now mind you it was 11:00 o'clock AM and I couldn't understand why I would have to wait a whole day to get this tire. I also explained that I had a appointment later that evening and didn't want to drive my vehicle with that dummy tire on it. The service tech told me I could drive it for 50 miles then I would have to stop and let it cool off for about an hour. I then asked if she could check with some other Honda dealerships and see if they had the tire. She told me she didn't know of any close in the area. Now I was at AutoNation Honda on Thornton Rd. I then mentioned that there was one in Union City. So she called and they told her that they had 4 tires. I asked her if they would bring the tire to them and she said no that I would have to go there, that's how I came to Nalley Honda. Paige was the first person I saw when I arrived and she was very helpful. I explained my situation to her and she didn't hesitate to help me one bit. She put the best service technician on the job and put the tire on my car and I was able to make my appointment. I will be returning to Nalley Honda for all of my service needs on my vehicle from here on out. Paige Celis is a big asset to your company, I can tell she enjoys her job. More

Bait and switch Spoke to the internet sales department...negoiated price and price for trade for used car in was pre approved through my own lender. When I got there explained the situation to the sales rep...he advised internet sales only makes appointments. I let that slide...then they had the wrong mileage listed on the website versus what actual car had. They asked me to do a credit application which was fine told the finance guy I wanted to only submit it to my finance company he said ok. The credit app came back with a higher intrest rate and payment, finance guy said it was something on our part. It turns out it was because the mileage was wrong so the rate was higher. Then they told me the sales manager didnt authorize the first price and they couldnt sell it at that. Big waste of time they ended up putting 8 inquires on my credit tried to change the price and lied the whole time. Run away from this place!!!! Bobby the sales guy was nice but the Finance manager should have been upfront. More

Poor Finance Manager If possible, I would rank this dealership a negative 1. On Friday evening, October 14th, 2016. I walked into this Honda dealership to buy a new car. Everything started off great, my sales rep was very helpful and pleasant. She looked at my trade in vehicle, gave me an offer which I declined and then I decided to pay outright for my new car. This is where it gets interesting.... My sales rep walks back to the desk where I was signing the paperwork introducing her finance manager (older Caucasian Man). The manager said I had to fill out a credit application for my new car. I mentioned to him that I will be paying outright for the car and will not be needing any credit from the dealership. He then goes on to ask me how I will be paying for the car. I responded by saying a check from my company. Then he ask's, "What does your company do?" I said, it's an "online business". His follow up question was "what type of online business", "maybe my dealership may need some things off your website"(with a fake laugh). I respectfully responded by saying "I do not carry any products suitable for your dealership" I also said, if you're wondering how I am able to afford a $25k car, I work for company xyz" He then said "Oh yes, I noticed you are wearing company xyz shirt and I was wondering where you got that shirt when you walked in to the dealership". Really? You were wondering where I got my company shirt from? Basically insinuating or assuming that maybe I stole it! Mind you, this company in question is a top 10 fortune 500 company and one of the top 15 largest companies in the world. I'm presuming he did not believe a young black man could work for such a company. I, myself, own 2 businesses, -and I've written larger checks for cars worth over $100k, and I've owned at least 5 high end cars in the past 3 years and I've never been treated in this manner. This type of treatment to buy a HONDA? REALLY? I am VERY disappointed at the finance managers behavior and WILL NEVER HIRE such an employee to run any of my businesses. Nalley has lost my business even though it may be a drop in the bucket, the question is how many other customers will NALLEY lose as a result of this low performing Manager? Business is not about today, It's about tomorrow. I wish the dealership the best and I would like to thank My wonderful sales rep who treated me VERY well. I will be buying the car from a different dealership. More
Poor service department I took my 2016 accord in for 2nd service today, car has 10,000 miles and advised them that rpm surges at various times while driving. I challenged the service manager that I saw a technical service bulletin online. He said that there was not one on my car. So when I left I called another dealership and the said my car has a software update needed for this problem! I will never give them anymore of my business! The waiting time for service is not acceptable, even when having an appointment. Made the mistake of buying a 2nd car here, their service is poor, poor! After waiting for a full hour w/ 2 kids they I didn't have an appointment, which wasn't true. After 1 1/2 hour they still haven't even look at the car and said another 40 minutes were needed for something only should take half hour. They also made us bring my old car to trade w/ a false advertisement saying will give us the value of Kelly blue book, which was another lie. We are repeated costumers of new cars and use Honda financing that will never come back to this awful customer service! The Honda financing department made also a mistake in my application and gave me 1% over the interest rate of what they should have. I received a letter later from the bank who bough the loan stating this mistake. More
