It took 5 days to finish the deal because I kept bringing the wrong documents in but it worked out for the best! Now I have my Honda Fit and couldn't be happier! Also a special shoutout to Dre and Rashad for taking their time to help me through the process. Overall, I am thankful for the experience and recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks! More
Avoid! Made an appointment on 2/15/18 during a Valenties Day Special that they had for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment on my 2006 Acura TL. Of cou Made an appointment on 2/15/18 during a Valenties Day Special that they had for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment on my 2006 Acura TL. Of course the services took forever but that's always the case at Nalley Union City. After driving the car for a week or so, I noticed that my car was pulling to the right very hard as well as the steering wheel moves when going at low speeds over any uneven terrain; this was never the case before. I read up online and the reason for this is caused by a poor alignment job. I wanted an alignment because it hadn't had one in a while and was slightly pulling to the left but I now have a worse alignment than I came in with and they never even bothered to rotate my tires! I didn't know what the before/after measurements were for the alignment as I was never given a printout of this at the time of service so I started emailing trying to get an answer. I emailed my "service advisor", Zahir, on March 22nd, no response, again on March 26th and finally got a response "this is a copy of your alignment" with a picture from his phone taken of a computer screen showing my alignment but he didn't answer any of my questions or offer any assistance. I emailed again on April 11th, no response, April 18th, no response, I started to get a bit perturbed. I "chatted" with someone on their site, told them my problems and was assured that a manager would contact me...nothing. I "chatted" again with someone on their site to the same conclusion. I messaged them on their Facebook account on April 18th and was told that someone would contact me to which I got nothing. I messaged AGAIN on Facebook on April 23rd and no one answered. I messaged again on Facebook on April 25th and was told that I would be contacted by a manager...crickets. I still have yet to be contacted by anyone after giving my phone number and email multiple times to different people and also calling the service center to no avail. My car is still pulling very hard to the right and the steering wheel still jerks to the left and right when going at low speeds over uneven terrain such as bumps or approaching a red light. I do not feel that this is safe to keep driving around and my tires are going to end up wearing unevenly. All I want is for them to put it back on the alignment rack and fix their mistakes. Is it too much to ask for a dealership to have knowledgeable service technicians, an honest staff and a manager who would actually handle the complaints filed by customers? Please avoid this place at all costs, you will end up getting ripped off and taken advantage of. There's plenty of other, honest, repair shops around town that will stand behind their work. More

Please avoid at all costs! I purchased a Honda Accord 2015, brand new, or so I thought. The car had been returned by a previous buyer for whatever reason. The paperwork was doctored to appear as if the car had 15 miles on it when in actuality it had 180 miles on it. After offering me a lower interest rate I reluctantly went through with the purchase only to find out after going through the paperwork thoroughly that I was charged for a car care plan that was not honored by the service team. After paying for numerous oil-changes and tire rotations that should have been free due to the car care plan that I unknowingly purchased I was promised to be reimbursed by the Finance Manager, Darwin, who began to ignore me when I pressed the issue about my reimbursement. After numerous calls and messages left for the Finance and General Managers, I have still been ignored! This dealership is full of scam artists and liars. I recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Only the oil change was completed because I took the car back in for a new set of tires and I was told that tire rotations had not been done causing uneven wear on my tires. On top of that, the service team will charge you for services that they do not complete. I took my 2010 Honda Accord in for an emissions test and after paying for it and going to the tag office to renew my tag I was told that the emissions had not been completed for my car. After calling and complaining of a service I paid for and did not receive, the service team argued with me that it was completed. Just horrible. Nonetheless, I took the car back up for the emissions and they completed free of charge after arguing with me that it had been done. Please avoid this dealership at all cost if you value honest, fair customer service and a good quality car. This dealership has caused me so much stress and I will NEVER, EVER do business here again. I will drive out of my way to get any service done from now on. This is the worst dealership ever for sales and service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! More

Horrible I am disabled. The salesman Andre is a liar unprofessional and disrespectful. He talked about how he leaves cars on the internet long after they're go I am disabled. He lied to me about several aspects of my deal. He makes shady deals and covers up the paper work later. Iman the finance guy lied and tricked me into getting some papers they needed to appear legit. Derwin his boss wated to intimidate me and not let Iman address the lies he told me. This dealership is shady and I wish I never trusted them. I would not recomend Nally honda to anyone unles you're looking to make a underhanded dishonest deal. More
