Clearly, Chris, you do not recall that we HAVE spoken and my feedback occurred after said communication. This dealership has no concept of good faith or customer service. I have been a manager of customer service for multiple large corporations (Hershey Foods is one such organization) and your refusal to attempt to make this right is appalling. Your Finance Manager made my daughter wait 4 hours and she had already been there 3 hours prior to meeting with him. She was suffering from a concussion (did not know it) and her vision was blurry and she had a horrific headache from sitting there all day (and had had nothing to eat). Clearly she was exhausted and feeling the effects of her car accident and ended up in the emergency room that evening for a CT scan (would you like to see the bill as proof?) to ensure there was nothing majorly wrong. I fully believe your dealership knew what they were doing and took full advantage of her situation. I was honest in my communication with the hopes that you would make it right in some way for my daughter but I got the blanket response of "it is what it is." I have communicated this information on about 15 other websites and social media sites. My hope is anyone wanting to purchase their first car as a young adult finds some other dealership that values customers and customer service because your dealership is severely lacking.
