I constantly receive unwanted emails from this dealership. I requested a valuation of my car on KBB and Nalley apparently participates with KBB. He listened to my concerns regarding the vehicle, answered my questions regarding the vehicle and did NOT attempt to up-sell or push me. He was professional and very personable to work with. When it was time to complete the purchase, the finance manager, Mr. Jay Moore was just as professional, non-pushy, thorough and personable. He answered all of my questions and provided very helpful information. This was my most enjoyable vehicle buying experience. More

The salesperson I dealt with was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. They provided detailed information about the vehicles I was interested in and offered helpful advice without any pressure to make a quick decision. The process of purchasing my new car was smooth and efficient. They offered a fair deal and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the purchase, including financing options. Very Disappointed. I took my car to Nalley Honda in Union City for a recall repair on a Wednesday(January 15, 2015). I was told by my service advisor, Sariah Johnson th I took my car to Nalley Honda in Union City for a recall repair on a Wednesday(January 15, 2015). I was told by my service advisor, Sariah Johnson that they needed at least 72hrs to replace my recall. If less she would let me know. I emailed and called her Thursday and Friday, there was no response to either. It was only when I talked to another service rep(Marty) that informed her that I had called about my car. I missed her call, but the message that she left still did not indicate the status of my car. When I called on Saturday, Marty, a service rep informed me that there was no record of my car being checked in at all...not even on the Wednesday when I took it in. In the midst of all this, I did leave a message for the Service Manager, Zachary, which I also did not receive a response. My car sat 3dys without anything being done. Management located my car on the lot and completed the recall replacement on Saturday. Extremely poor communication between service rep and management. My service advisor did not follow-up well with my emails or calls. I have yet to hear from my service advisor. I was very disappointed in the service that I received. More

I would highly recommend Nalley Honda everyone was very friendly even the staff I didn’t work with. Talking with Mr Tooley before I arrived he knew what I was looking for and had perfect cars set up for my friendly even the staff I didn’t work with. Talking with Mr Tooley before I arrived he knew what I was looking for and had perfect cars set up for my test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and had an easy going personality that was really pleasant to work with. He also went out of his way to make arrangements to help my mom find her perfect car as well arranging same day delivery from a sister dealership. Then working with the finance officer Mr Price he was very informative and invested in educating me in all aspects of the deal and optional packaging. He was very personable and enthusiastic about his job. A big thank you to all of them for staying late to make sure we were all set and happy before we left. More
