My experience with dealership has been awful! I was sold USED tires instead of the new ones I thought I was buying. I got no warranty…when I asked for paperwork I was told they don’t give paperwo I was sold USED tires instead of the new ones I thought I was buying. I got no warranty…when I asked for paperwork I was told they don’t give paperwork anymore..it’s in the computer.. I was going to buy an SUV ..2022 new….was given a price by the manager on the phone. Salesperson brought me the car, unwashed, and would not let me drive it until I signed the paperwork..whoever heard of such a thing?? When I looked at the paperwork the price had increased $8000!! I don’t trust this dealership to put a windshield wiper on my car. They are out and out crooks in my experience. More

My experience was overall very good. I was out of town unexpectedly and my car needed serviced. I was able to schedule an appt that morning for the same day which was super convenient.
