I called the dealer to inquire about purchasing a new Chevy Volt. I was transferred around to several people, ended up on a voicemail for no one and had to call back. I went through the transferring through different people again and finally got through to a sales person ( I suppose?). When he answered the phone I asked about the incentives or current rates for the Volt. His reply was "the what? a vault?". I said sorry for your time and hung up. If you don't even know the name of one of the newest, hottest cars on the market then I assume the rest of the dealership experience would be extremely sub par. More
