I inquired with the dealership on line, he promptly contacted me, we went in and test drove a similar SUV, he located the vehicle we were interested in, went and picked it up, called us when it was ready and we went back and closed the deal. All the employees from the greeters, other sales reps, the lady who explained the On Star and the finance guys were very accommodating and super friendly. And out of all the conversations I had with Mikal, The two things I appreciate it was that I wasn't or rather never felt like I was being sold to and I was given a high level of education on the Chevy traverse to the point where I felt really comfortable making the purchase of. I ended up getting a pretty good deal at ivory dealership. The dealership itself is clean professional free Wi-Fi and I was able to get some get a little work done while we're getting the paperwork knocked out. Worst service center ever! I took my Car to Ivory due to an engine light issue. They told me that I would have to wait a week before they could look at it. I took it back a week I took my Car to Ivory due to an engine light issue. They told me that I would have to wait a week before they could look at it. I took it back a week later and they told me that it would take an additional two days for the diagnostic that would cost $120. I requested a loaner car and was told that that would not be possible unless my car was under warranty, but I could rent a car from Enterprise across the street.I then took my car across the street to the Toyota dealer. They took it in, provided me with a rental, and fixed it the next day. More
