I worked with a consultant named Shawnn Lewis and he was patient, knowledgeable, not aggressive and he made sure the expectations were clear. I traded in my car that I was upside down in and got a unbelievable deal. Not only was the staff nice but the finance part people dread was good too Mark made sure I understood my deal from the way it started to how he put it all together. I'm loving my brand new car and I'd strongly recommend Ivory Chevrolet any day just ask for Shawnn he's always available. More

Didn't even have to help me! I had an issue with the service dept here. Mike stepped in when he doesn't even work in service dept and spoke to me and comforted me. The sales department and finance department was great! My sales person, Neil was great and was very professional selling me the car, he even picked me up from home becausr my last car had gotten stolen a My sales person, Neil was great and was very professional selling me the car, he even picked me up from home becausr my last car had gotten stolen a few months ago, that was really nice of him but I didnt expect to go home with a car that day. Also the finance department was awesome too they worked really hard to find me a lender and suceeded! But my only drawback about this dealership is the lack of customer service in the service department when you go and take your vehicle to get serviced. It was bad for some reason here and at most Chevy dealerships the service department representatives are too lazy to look up your warranty or recall information on your vehicle to figure out what's wrong with your car or to figure out what's covered under your warranty like simple stuff like oil changes that's the only thing I don't like with Chevy in general or this dealership.
