Nalley BMW responded

Thank you for sharing your experience Kelli. I apologize for the frustration and disappointment you experienced. I understand how upsetting this situation can be, especially given the long drive and your daughter's anticipation. During the negotiation process, our Used Car Manager offered the option to place a deposit to secure the vehicle due to high interest from other buyers, but I understand you opted not to do so. Unfortunately, the vehicle sold before your arrival, and I regret the inconvenience caused. Please feel free to reach out so we can discuss how to better assist you moving forward.
