Fast and Diligent! I worked with Chris Y. in the used car division! Not only was I able to purchase the car extremely quickly, but they helped me work through the claim I worked with Chris Y. in the used car division! Not only was I able to purchase the car extremely quickly, but they helped me work through the claim on my previously totaled vehicle! This would have been a total disaster without them :/ I purchased a Hyundai Genesis coupe from this dealership. The vehicle is cleaaaaaaannnnnnnnn, actually thoroughly immaculate. I will definitely be coming back to Nalley BMW ^_^ More

Best Car buying experience I went to Nalley BMW to get my 2010 X3 serviced. (I went to Nalley because I had a bad experience at Global Imports BMW). I had been considering an up I went to Nalley BMW to get my 2010 X3 serviced. (I went to Nalley because I had a bad experience at Global Imports BMW). I had been considering an upgrade, so I figured I go over to the sales department and talk with someone while I waited on my car to get serviced. Khiry Peterson was my sales rep and from start to finish, was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowlegable, patient and did his best to get me into a new vehicle at a price point I was comfortable with. It was the easiest car buying experience I've every had and I drove out that day with a brand new 2016 X3. I'm very pleased. More

Exceptional Young Man I have purchased several vehicles from Nalley, each time I have had the pleasure of having Chris Yarbough. This young man is wonderful, knowledgeable I have purchased several vehicles from Nalley, each time I have had the pleasure of having Chris Yarbough. This young man is wonderful, knowledgeable and honest. I tested him several times and he passed every time. He spent his WHOLE day helping me, when he could have had several customers. I really appreciate him taking the time to make sure I was happy. He never rushed or pressured me into purchasing. I know he was probably frustrated because I kept changing my mind, but he never showed it. I really appreciate all your help Chris. Nalley needs more employees like Chris. More
