I wasn't ready to let my x3 go but it was time. I returned back to Nalley where I purchased it and was treated with such excellent customer service. My sales person (Marcus Mullins) took his time understanding my needs and showing me only vehicles that fit my preference. When I found my vehicle, the finance manager (Thurman) worked diligently with my bank to ensure my financial needs were met. I drove away that evening very much happy with my visit and happy with decision to return back for my new purchase. The very next day I received a call from the GM congratulating me on my new vehicle and thanking me for returning back. Later that day, Marcus called asking if I was enjoying my new car as well telling me to feel free to stop by if I had any questions. Talk about above and beyond customer service. This is my second purchase from this dealership and both times I have left with a vehicle I love because of exceptional customer service. Marcus and Thurman are reasons I will continue to come back to Nalley for any vehicle in the future. Thank you, I certainly appreciate all you've done!!! More

My wife and I visited Nalley BMW to look at a 2024 540I on 9/4/26. We were greeted by client advisor Mr. Marcus Mullins. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and is very knowledgeable of all of the features which made me comfortable in purchasing the vehicle. I would highly recommend that you contact Mr. Mullins if you are looking to purchase a BMW. He is very professional, courteous and a joy to work with. It was also a pleasure to work with Mr. Lonnie Andry who is their finance manager. He made the financing process easy and seamless as well as providing information on the different extended warranties that BMW offers. My sales person was not attentive …worked with other customers while I sat there for 3.5 hours waiting for my car, took phone calls chatted with other customers while I sat and sat and sat. Orientation customers while I sat there for 3.5 hours waiting for my car, took phone calls chatted with other customers while I sat and sat and sat. Orientation on my new car lasted approximately 10 minutes or less I had to mainly learn about the car on my own using the manual in Youtube. The sales manager gave me a post purchase call, which obviously was rehearsed and he chatted with other people on the message while he was talking leaving a voicemail. It made me feel like he was obligated to check in with me and the purpose of his call was disingenuous. This car was shipped to the dealership from another dealership, and I had no idea when it was being delivered until the day that it got there. It was delivered on a Friday and they asked if I could come on Saturday to pick it up. This was a 3 1/2 hour drive for me with little or no notification of delivery so it was impossible for me to pick it up on a Saturday since I had to pick up the certified funds during normal banking hours. Had they told me it was being delivered on Friday I could’ve made arrangements to get the funds prior to delivery.. Overall, not a good experience for me. More
