We had an issue regarding the undercoating job that was done to our brand new Prius we had done with our purchase. At our last service I asked to please inspect the undercoating which might need to be tou done to our brand new Prius we had done with our purchase. At our last service I asked to please inspect the undercoating which might need to be touched up. When we got home after the service I checked our invoice and one of the remarks was that there is no undercoating on the car. We had paid $2000 for a job I could have got done at Ziebart for a 1/4 of the cost but thought we should have it done by the pros. I called the service desk and made an appointment to have the vehicle looked at again and I shared my concern that we have made a wrong decision. It's an hour drive to get to the dealership so when we got there the service rep CJ Bauer showed great concern and brought the vehicle in promptly and understood my request to see the undercarriage myself. He acknowledged that there were many missed areas that should have been sprayed and made arrangements to have the job redone with my inspection afterward. I was promised a rental which eased the situation a lot. CJ was very obliging and proved to be a great representative to the NYE Group. The appt is in a couple weeks so I'll update this review when completed. More
