First my Explorer was delayed because they contacted me for approval on repairs and not the leasing company. It was supposed to be set up so the leasing company approved any repairs. When I got my Explorer for approval on repairs and not the leasing company. It was supposed to be set up so the leasing company approved any repairs. When I got my Explorer back it was leaking oil all over the engine. I notified Nye’s went I took it back in for brakes and an inspection, that should have been done the first time it was there. When I got it back after the brakes and inspection, they never cleaned up the engine oil that was all over the top of the engine. More

Vehicle went in for a recall, when I found an issue and called back to advise, the service writers wouldn’t even take time to have mechanic involved, told me if I couldn’t figure it out to come back (60 mi called back to advise, the service writers wouldn’t even take time to have mechanic involved, told me if I couldn’t figure it out to come back (60 miles round trip) and they would look at it, thank god for YouTube videos, sometimes the best mechanics around!
