Had my car for 5 days for a wheel bearing and an automatic window motor. The antenna hadn’t arrived yet so this was another trip to Nye. They didn’t check to see if the radio was working which was the issue or test drive after repairing a wheel bearing. I had to bring it to a dealer in Virginia a week later after driving to visit my daughter. 2 thumbs down. More

At my old garage, I became well acquainted with the service dept. I never felt uncomfortable or “silly” coming in with a problem. This is the way it is at Nye. The guys told me to stop in any time with a problem & so I took them at their word. To my joy, they really meant it. I needed instruction & assistance with my remote. Christopher happened to be free & helped me. I also had a problem with my rear window washer fluid. An appointment was arranged for the next week. When going through the diagnostics, it was found to have become disconnected. Quickly put back in place & I was on my way! More
