I went in for a software update and a check for a tire leak. Two and a half hours later I left with the recommendariton to buy four new tires because I was told mine had bald edges after 26,000 miles. I d leak. First of all the job took as hour and they charged me 1. 2 hours which is their way of making more money on their customers. Robbery!! Had my car for 5 days for a wheel bearing and an automatic window motor. The antenna hadn’t arrived yet so this was another trip to Nye. I was told it would be no more than 2 hours and I could wait automatic window motor. The antenna hadn’t arrived yet so this was another trip to Nye. I was told it would be no more than 2 hours and I could wait. And I did! Almost 4 hours. They didn’t check to see if the radio was working which was the issue or test drive after repairing a wheel bearing. I had to bring it to a dealer in Virginia a week later after driving to visit my daughter. 2 thumbs down. More
