At my old garage, I became well acquainted with the service dept. I never felt uncomfortable or “silly” coming in with a problem. This is the way it is at Nye. The guys told me to stop in any time with a problem & so I took them at their word. To my joy, they really meant it. I needed instruction & assistance with my remote. Christopher happened to be free & helped me. I also had a problem with my rear window washer fluid. An appointment was arranged for the next week. When going through the diagnostics, it was found to have become disconnected. Quickly put back in place & I was on my way! More

Started as worst experience ever but was corrected in less than 24hrs. The only reason I went back when called was directly the result of the professional efforts of Dave Caputo and Dan Schirtz.
