Nicely Done Maybe like many others, I had initially focused on dealer CPO vehicles, but I thought the premium cost for these vehicles was not worth basically the Maybe like many others, I had initially focused on dealer CPO vehicles, but I thought the premium cost for these vehicles was not worth basically the extended 1 year warranty they provide. I was a bit hesitant initially to go to a third party dealership, but some research showed that Nxcess sells a lot of vehicles and has a good inventory, generally with pretty good ratings. I thought it was worth taking a look This led to my purchase of a vehicle from them, at a good price. My salesperson was Jacek and I appreciated his low-key approach and his personality. I took the car on my own for a test drive and was given all the time I wanted to look it over and ask questions. I had a vehicle I was planning to sell outright, but decided to include it as trade on the purchase. Their evaluation of my vehicle took about 15 minutes - the car was not held hostage while we negotiated, as some dealers like to do. Yes, we haggled some on the pricing, but there were no "managers" showing up to reinforce the negotiations, no complicated pricing scenarios. We talked simple pricing - what's the trade allowance and what's the drive-out pricing. We arrived at a reasonable common ground without a lot of time or stress - I've gone down that road before and was prepared to walk out if it all headed that way. There were a couple of things to be done, plus detailing, so I planned to pick the car up the following day. The car was ready when promised, clean and ready to go. I signed off on the final paperwork in short order and headed on my way. I was treated with courtesy and interest in what my needs were and without any surprises or sudden added costs along the way. Well done. I will be back when it comes time for another car and I would certainly recommend including this dealer in your car search. More
