Frustrating and Hilarious The sales person Rich was cool, just doing his job, being courteous and professional, however the "MANAGER" in the back...really. I too waited over 3 hours to get approval which was ridiculous, not too mention the $6,000 he stated that I would have to put down for a vehicle on $13,500...lol..My profession is and has been in finance( money mgmt., escrows, return on equity, etc...) for years ,so the tricks this guy attempted to pull had me in tears( of laughter), I thought he was hilarious and arrogant and he had no idea what he was talking about. I left and took my business to another auto dealer the following week and bought the same car. More

When we sat down to talk numbers, they immediately added over $1,500 in non-negotiable "fee's". I really liked the car so I continued onto the financing portion. Waited around for over 3 hours while they "contacted banks" to get me approved (although I have great credit and would have no problem getting approved). The numbers they "approved" me for did not add up with what they claimed. The car ended up being over $10,000 higher than the advertised price after their fees, finance fees, etc etc etc. They had no idea what they were talking about, I got out of their shady location inside of a trailer faster than my legs could carry me. Stay away from this sketchy business unless you want to waste your time & give your money up on a silver platter. More

When I got there they told me that price was only for people who bought a warranty package which started at $995. Then they told me they had to charge over $300 for a documentation fee. Which they couldn't even register or tittle the car to me because I lived out of state. So they were going to charge me that fee to do nothing more than print out a 20 day temporary license plate. So for a car that was listed on multiple websites for "$4,995" would have cost almost $7,000 before tax and registration!!! These crooks should be out of business!! More
