Don't get me wrong, my sales rep Manny was VERY helpful and did all he could to get us a great car. The surprise came when we sat down to talk numbers. Suddenly there was a "Pre-Sale Inspection" Fee ($900+) and an overhead charge ($1600+) that reportedly covered their marketing, vehicle prep (what's the PSI for??) and commission. In one sense, it is refreshing to see what they are making on the vehicle (about 21%), it is disappointing to see a vehicle advertised for $2600 less than what the actual price will be. And this did not include Documentary Fees ($375) and I still have to buy plates! More
