Buyers beware! They sell broken cars and lie about it! Purchased a vehicle from this dealership a month ago. Dealer guaranteed inspection. Brought it for an inspection and mechanic says it can’t be inspected. Called dealer and his response was “keep driving it”. Brought it to multiple mechanics and they advised me that the cel and bulbs have been tampered with on the vehicle and to bring it back ASAP. Called the dealer and they said that it needed coolant fluid (which has nothing to do with anything) and sent me on my way. When this dealer states to their customers that they guarantee inspection, What they mean, is that they are just going to tell you to drive the vehicle until the lights come back on. The problem is, is that the dealer pops the bulbs on your dashboard so that the lights cannot come back on. When you call Westlake Financial, the loan for the vehicle they tell you that the dealership is illegal for doing that and that they have to buy back the loan for tampering with your lights. When Wesley called you back they tell you that the dealer told them that your vehicle was in there for an oil change, and that the vehicle is fixed, when in reality, The vehicle was never in there for an oil change, it was in there because the transmission is slipping terribly and the vehicle cannot be inspected because of what they did to the vehicle. The dealership lied to the finance company and when I went to go speak to them they lied to me as well, gave me the runaround and basically sell pieces of crap cars to local consumers and do nothing about it. So now I am stuck with a broken car that cannot be inspected but I am liable for my payments every month and the dealership does nothing but be rude and lied to you as well as the finance company. Do not buy a vehicle from this place, they sell broken cars and lie to you when you try to do something about it. Buyers beware. More

Whatever the issue was, they went the extra mile to make sure I was very satisfied with my purchase. That being said, the only recommendation I could submit as an improve is making sure the keyfobs and wiper blades are in good, working order. It was something I pointed out and assumed it would be fixed, but its a minor issue since the car had no major defects and the customer service of the staff generally was more than enough to get me to overlook the minor defect. The car is great and depending on when I decide to upgrade vehicles, NJ Auto will likely be my first stop to shop. More
