If I could do a negative rating, I would. My 2021 telluride came in for service 3 weeks after we bought it. At first, they thought it was a transmission. It was still under warranty. I was visiting from out of town so after 10 days, they let me get a loaner vehicle. They replaced the CV boot and it took three weeks. Now, 5 months later, I am getting a service at my local Kia dealership and they have discovered that the axle is leaking and was not installed properly. I cannot tell you how mad that makes me. This is absolutely shameful More
Bought a Kia Sorento Hybrid in 2023 from MB Kia and the sale went well. However, had a terrible experience with the service department last week. Went for my 15000mile maintenance and an oil change at a scheduled appt. They told me that the oil change was included on the maintenance plan I bought with the car but the maintenance would cost $300. I said fine, just do the oil change. Then went to the waiting room. Waited an hour and came out to check if it was done and my car had not even been moved. The service tech said "Oh, they were three cars behind - they're about to bring it back". I had another place to be, so I took my key and left. NO communication at all about this delay at check in, or during the entire hour I was waiting. I'll be taking my car elsewhere for maintenance. Keith just had me check daylight savings time on the setting page. I was checking another box as well. We then went and charged my Niro. After the charge the clock stayed set! Great job Keith! More
