She highly recommended Kia and ask for her salesperson, Errick Hayes. Where do I begin... Errick has to be THE best sales person I've had the pleasure to meet. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and really enthusiastic!!! I was so impressed with his professionalism, his easy going manner, and most importantly, his knowledge of the car. He really displayed his pleasure in selling; he actually was excited to show me a vehicle. It wasn't just a job to him; you could tell he really enjoys his work. Errick answered all my questions with ease, he knew the car inside and out; he knows the auto industry. He showed me all the features of the car; he demonstrated the features and worked with me to ensure I knew the mechanics of the features - I'm a hands on person; Errick helped me learn the "how to's" of the car I was considering buying. Errick knew one of my concerns was comfort; the first thing we did was take a long test drive so that I could get a feel for the vehicle - not a trip around the block but a long enough test so that I could feel the maneuverability, feel the comfort of the seats, experience the field of vision as well as see some of the safety features in action, like blind spot warning. This was a really good test drive. So often sales people take the car around the block and that's it. Generally, that is not a very telling experience. If you're interested in buying a Kia, then you'll want to ask for Errick. No high pressure sales technique; he didn't push me into a car that he had on the lot - he wanted me to have the right car for my needs. He was willing to work with me to ensure I had the right, not just any car. Errick, Sharon was right -- you ARE the best!! Thank you for your honesty, your professionalism, and that great big smile of yours! More
Very Nice and no hustle! David Reagan showed us a number of cars and listen to the features we were interested in and showed us a top end model that was perfect for our needs. Shane Lee work the number's closed the deal with no hustle or the arm twisting that so many dealership employ that a real turn off. Finance offered a real KIA extended warranty that with coverage for the car out to 100,000 for the expensive electronics that I learned the hard way can cost a fortune to repair and at a fair price. If you are interested in a KIA certainly ask for David as he a fine salesperson with a laid back manner and was very patience with the Mrs explaining all the different function and going the extra mile setting up the new car for her driving safety and enjoyment. More
Excellent Customer Service Joe was very friendly and answered my wife and I questions over the phone. Joe asked my wife if he could call her and was very helpful in answering her questions and was not pushy at all. When we got there Joe had us work with Lou and he was as helpful as Joe. He knew we was in a bind and did everything he could to make sure we was able to leave with a car. These two gentlemen was amazing and thank you for making our car buy experience amazing. My wife is already thinking on the next car she wants to get and we will be going back to KIA to see Joe and Lou again. An I also want to thank Zack for working with us and keeping our payment within our budget. The best thing about them three guys they worked very hard for us to get a car even though we are on a tight budget we was able to get our car and stayed in the price range that my wife and I can afford. More
