Chris in finance was amazing as well, and even let me son draw with the document signing pad and printed it for him after. Errick was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I expressed interest in. I worked with him over the phone for about a week and a half before deciding to buy a 2019 Sorento, and during that week and a half, my texts and calls were answered in a very timely manner. Errick kept me updated on inventory throughout that time period as well, too. Errick talked to me about all of the features on my vehicle and demonstrated many them to me. He is very personable and a great conversationalist, which is so very vital in sales. Overall, my experience was EXCELLENT with Errick, Chris, and Myrtle Beach Kia in general. Matt was rude. He was not pleasant to talk to or try to work with with our car repair. This was warranty work possible. Took 3 months for them to start the process. They called for information and we gave work with with our car repair. This was warranty work possible. Took 3 months for them to start the process. They called for information and we gave it. Once they found out the warranty would cover the repair they never let us know. We finally got a call after 4 months letting us know the car would be ready for pickup on Saturday. Sat there so look battery went bad and was charged $220.00 do a battery. Worst customer service depart “Matt” that I have ever dealt with. All I can say is stay away from Matt. More
