We are a KIA family, from our first KIA, the Sportage in 1997. We moved here July 2021 and needed a new van, so we went to Myrtle Beach KIA and luck having it we met Rich Rizzo. Rich couldn't have been nicer. We bought a Sedona and last month we got the Seltos (our 6th KIA). We have brought out Sedona and Forte in for service and it was a pleasure. Coming from New York where they aren't as nice or honest, this was a wonderful experience for us. Everyone made us feel welcome and important from the front office, financing, to service. Horrible service! Need to make appointments six weeks in advance. Service and sales people are friendly and try to help but lack the capacity to do so.
