While Will was very nice and very polite during my cars stay. I phoned this dealership two times during the several days my car was here and I left detailed messages including my name and number neither o stay. I was out of the country and Will called numerous times before I was able to a Service Advisor ordered my part and called me to make the appointment. I wanted everyone to know what wonderful service I got when I took my 2011 Kia Sorento to be serviced. Will Thibodeau got my car serviced very quickly.
