He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He didn't pressure us to buy and answered any questions we needed to know. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Also, the General Sales Manager, Matt Bazinet was very friendly and courteous too. I love our new car and would recommend it to any of our friends. It rides great and worth the price. Great experience This is my second new Kia. I bought the first one 5 years ago and had little problems with the KIA over 5 years. Truly, everything is warranted bumper This is my second new Kia. I bought the first one 5 years ago and had little problems with the KIA over 5 years. Truly, everything is warranted bumper to bumper 5 years or 60,000 miles. Everyone at this dealership is professional, smiling and treat you very professionally. They make you feel at ease when shopping for a car. My first car was a Sorento and so is my second vehicle. hey go out of their way to please you. I can't say enough about my salesman Eddie Gilbert. He spends all the time you need to make a decision. I bought my first vehicle from Matt Banizek who is now the sales manager. He assisted in closing the deal and remembered my wife and I. Also, Scott Raffensberger assisted with the finance. These are all great people who are still at the dealership 5 years later. Just a great family to be part of. The service center is the same. You are always treated with the upmost care. Great car buying experience! I was looking forward to getting a new car but always dread having to deal with a salesman.
