In Nov of 15 I got a Soul special edition (Carribean Blue Model) for my second car (for the wifey to use) and I just got a 16 Sorento Limited Edition (SXL) that I simply love. After driving car a few days it started missing. Took it into service dept. And talked to Matt .. He supplied me with a rental free of charge while they tracked down the problem ( this problem has happened twice now ) and each time they have made repairs (intermittent problems are hard to find sometimes).... So far so good... car is running great and this is best dealership i have ever delt with thanks Lou and Matt. ......service was good enough that I'm thinking about buying another kia soul later this year from lou More
