The sales team, including Jenn, Jesse, Shane and Wes helped provide us the a great price that met our budget. They were upfront and honest about everything and went way out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met and we were comfortable with our decision. Scott explained the difference in the impact of Southern living vs Northern living and how it affects the wear and tear on a vehicle, which helped us in our decision to upgrade the already awesome warranty. Having a very bad past experience with Kia dealership in NY , I vowed I would NEVER purchase a L KIA again. When I searched vehicles on Myrtle Beach Kia website, I told my husband I was not interested in a Soul or Forte---When I walked out of the dealership, I not only purchased another KIA, I purchased a FORTE!!!! 3 Months Later.....Still Pleased!!!!! I stopped in at Kia to look at a Stinger. The sales person who assisted me was Joe Claudio. He simply told me all about the vehicle and I test drove it. I was impressed but still not certain. I left the dealership with a brochure in hand. Joe reached out to me and I told him I would let him know when I would return to discuss a potential purchase. When I returned, Joe walked me through the leasing options and the numbers were just right. Within an hour, I decided that this is the car I wanted .... based on the car, itself....based on the professionalism of Joe....based on the dealership interaction as a whole.
