He is very knowledgeable about the Optima that I bought. Suggested that I meet with Zack on Saturday since I might have to wait on Monday, when I pick up my new car, if Zack was busy. He continually offered myself and my husband a beverage. He was able to offer a price I agreed with, sale and trade in. Upon arriving on Monday, I was greeted by a gentleman. I saw Zack first with my payment, then waited a short time for Mike since he was with another customer. Mike called my insurance company for me then spent a lot of time showing me how to use all the many many extra features on the car. He made me feel important throughout the entire time. He is my favorite car salesman of all time. I must add, Zack was very knowledgeable and explained all of the paperwork I was signing. More
