He was able to accurately describe the vehicle that I was inte I started my deal with Myrtle Beach Kia via contacting the salesman Joe Claudio online. He was able to accurately describe the vehicle that I was interested in and was very knowledgeable of the product he was selling. He informed me of the importance of putting a deposit on vehicles that are of interest because they may not be available for an extended period of time. Despite this, I did not put a deposit on the vehicle. A few days later I arrived to the dealership looking to drive a specific car off the lot that had sold shortly before I arrived. Although this was slightly unsettling, the dealership allowed me to test drive a similarly equipped car (to ensure I enjoyed all aspects of the vehicle). After a short test drive I knew that the car was the correct one for me. Because the car I was interested in had sold, Myrtle Beach Kia was willing to have the exact car that I wanted driven to the dealership the very next day (with under 24hours of waiting). The dealership also allowed me to drive a similarly equipped vehicle off of their lot that day until my car was ready to be picked up. Overall I am very pleased with the dealership but have the most praise for Joe Claudio who worked hard through multiple days to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted exactly as I wanted it. If it wasn't for this excellent salesman, Myrtle Beach Kia may not have received my business and I am very happy that they have. If I am interested in buying another car or have any family or friends interested I will be sure to recommend not only Myrtle Beach Kia, but Joe Claudio specifically. More
