Efficient, effective and friendly service While vacationing in MB my 2008 Chrysler began making a disturbing rattle. Went to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep Service Department (785 Jason Blvd). T While vacationing in MB my 2008 Chrysler began making a disturbing rattle. Went to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep Service Department (785 Jason Blvd). The people at the desk (Jared and Brad) said it would take about an hour, but Jared went out immediately and confirmed the rattle. Within 20 minutes, the mechanic (Pete) took it for a short drive, brought it into the shop,identified the problem (two loose lug bolts) and fixed it. I was out of there inside the hour. Actually, I had expected it to take an hour just to get to my car so I was impressed with their efficiency. I was most impressed with the treatment I received: efficient, effective and friendly. Al;though I don't want to have to return for assistance again, if I ever have car problems or needs, this dealership will be my destination. Many thanks to Jared, Brad and Pete. PS I misplaced my receipt which will get me reimbursement from my service department at home because they failed to put the lug bolts on properly. I called and spoke with the service manager. Again, a friendly response, promising to send me another copy. More

Repair to hardtop convertible Had repair on piece in trunk. This is second time it's been repaired and have just over 50,000 miles. Probably not used more than 20 times But my co Had repair on piece in trunk. This is second time it's been repaired and have just over 50,000 miles. Probably not used more than 20 times But my complaint is a piece in trunk was bent and taped by dealer. Top wouldn't work when I went to pick up car. Was told they would replace it. They called and said they didn't do the damage and something else was wrong and wanted to charge more. It wasn't that way when I took it in. I had other problems with a leak and had to take back to them several times. Now having other problems with car that I believe was due to all the water that leaked into door panel. Will not recommend this service department More

We had been researching various makes and models of small to middle sized SUVs on our own and were interested in some of the Jeep models. We had looked over a number of models and colors on this lot. The salesman finally came over. He did not rush and pressure us in any way giving us time to look on our own. He was extremely knowledgeable on the various models and features. We explained the features that we needed and he went back inside and researched it for us. When he came back, he showed us a Renegade which my wife as the main driver did not care for. Then we went to a Jeep Cherokee. It had what we needed, but also had other features that we did not need or want such as the extended sun roof. He checked again and came up with another Cherokee with just what we wanted. More

'Brad' has always been both helpful and courteous every time I've brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service. When I've had questions (even while driving) he's always been able to diagnose the situation and, has expedited any requred service apptmt, My Grand Cherokee diesel has averaged over 30 mpg during the past 30,000+ miles (18+ mpg while towing my 2-horse trailer to Bangor, Maine) and has an amazingly quiet engine.. I have absolutely NO regrets over my purchase and subsequent service at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep -- I love my Grand Cherokee diesel Jeep! More
