A front caliper failed, brake failed, engine light, and transmission issue. We went to a local parts shop, and they recommended Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. I called, made contact with Brad in service. from the very start, he was very helpful, and courteous. This was late on a Friday, He got us in immediately. Made contact and reservations for a rental car, since ours would be down. The service department did an excellent repair job.Was done faster than I thought, and the van is running better than ever. Brad was extremely helpful every step of the way. He has followed up since the service, out of true concern since we were from out of town. It was time for our vehicle's oil change and tire rotation, so I decided to go to MB Chrysler for the service. I arrived late morning and was told there was a two hour wail at that time but 3 to 5 was usually better. I decided to go to lunch and run and errand and returned around about 2:30. At that time I was taken in promptly. I was told that my tires were wearing evenly and didn't need to be rotated at that time. I was told my air cleaner needed to be replaced. Because I had been told before that the air cleaner was due soon, I elected to have it replaced. The service was prompt and friendly. The most important reason for this review is that I feel very confident that the service was performed completely and I am confident that as I continue to travel I have a serviced vehicle. Thank you! I came home in a 2017 Je I had a wonderful experience at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep recently when I was traveling from out of town and had car issues. I came home in a 2017 Jeep Patriot that they had delivered to them from another dealer to provide me exactly what I wanted. I got a great car for a great price. The customer service was exceptional from General Manager Rob Beard, Salesman Galen Hammond and Sales Manager Michelle Smith. Thank you all for my new Jeep. I'm loving every minute of it. 🚙 😎 More

Casey saw me stop and look at a new Jeep Wrangler as I was leaving and with I went in for an oil change on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited today. Casey saw me stop and look at a new Jeep Wrangler as I was leaving and without ever being that "typical pushy salesman, answered all my questions and was very down-to-earth. I ended up leaving with a brand new (limited edition) Jeep Wrangler Freedom Unlimited Oscar Mike from their showroom floor. Absolute TERRIBLE Service !! After experiencing a very traumatic issue with my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was advised by Chrysler Corporation to take it back to MB Chrysler Jeep. After experiencing a very traumatic issue with my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was advised by Chrysler Corporation to take it back to MB Chrysler Jeep. I am very upset how I was handled by Service Manager. Matt Flagg and Sales Manager, Rob Beard. You would think after purchasing 3 vehicles in 3 years that some sort of understanding would be in order. This was not the case and the lack of professionalism from both of these employees was immediate cause for concern. This dealership obviously does not care about the safety of their customers or the valid concerns that they have. I have decided to report this dealership and their lack of professionalism and care to our local news outlets as well as all social media outlets ! I don't believe they deserve ANY STARS! You should think twice before doing business here !! More

I called Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep and Brad in service got me 2 days later (due to my work schedule). Brad offered a shuttle service to and from my house to get my car back. Brad called me 3 hours later to explain exactly what was wrong with my car. He said there was a service bulletin on my air conditioning, and that was the reasoning behind my problem. He stated unfortunately your car is the first case of this problem and had to order a part and it would be in the next day. Brad accommodated my schedule and got my car in and fixed my problem. I want to say thanks to Brad in service and the technician's that worked on my car. I know where I'll be bringing my car from now on. **Highly Recommended More
