My car needed some warranty work done and Eric made it a breeze. A few emails and a phone call later and I was all set. I was in and out far quicker than I expected to be. I called to make an appointment for an oil change, which this dealership insists that I get done through them. However, they stated they do not take reservations because it is a walk in basis. So the next day, I showed up as a walk in and it is an hour and a half wait because they are only able to do one oil change at a time. They did not have a vehicle available for me to borrow but they would rent me one for $40. They make me feel like I'm lower class when I just want an oil change. More

I didn’t purchase my Jeep from Myrtle Beach Chysler jeep, but once I moved to Myrtle Beach and I had my very first service appointment with them I immediately felt confident in servicing my Jeep with them. The entire staff is just incredible professional yet friendly as can be, more importantly the service advisors Christina take their time with you engaged in knowing who you are and best of know my vehicle well. The service tech Craig, that I’ve had was extremely knowledgeable of my Jeep test drive it with me and was extremely professional. I don’t feel like I’m at a car dealership but rather a friendly local neighborhood service shop! I always feel like they have my best interest at heart and not just making service sales!
