In MB for the Holiday weekend. Visiting from Virginia. My Brand new 2022 4xe Wrangler lost brakes and steering. I had to have my Jeep towed there. The dealership was fantastic. I CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP ON A SATURDAY A LITTLE AFTER 3, I DIDNOT KNOW, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I SPOTTED TIM IN THE PARKING LOT AND ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT MY STUCK CENTER DRAWER, HE DID BU I DIDNOT KNOW, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I SPOTTED TIM IN THE PARKING LOT AND ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT MY STUCK CENTER DRAWER, HE DID BUT IT REQUIRED A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. I DID NOT KNOW AT THE TIME HE WAS OFF THE CLOCK, THAT'S WHAT I CALL ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. THAT WAS A 5 STAR EFFORT. ON MY APPOINT THAT I SCHEDULED ON LINE WITH TIM, I WAS IN AND OUT IN <20 MINUTES A NEW RECORD FOR ME I'VE OWN A MIN VAN AS ONE OF MY CARS SINCE 1984 A T&C AND STILL DO 2019 PACIFICA AN WILL BUY ANOTHER ONE AFTER I PAY THIS ONE OFF AT 0% INTEREST SWEET!!!! Let me begin by saying my buying experience at this dealership with Hilton was absolutely amazing! I bought my 2018 Wrangler on 3/29/22 and the process was seamless! Upon leaving the dealership and get dealership with Hilton was absolutely amazing! I bought my 2018 Wrangler on 3/29/22 and the process was seamless! Upon leaving the dealership and getting out onto the highway I noticed a squeak/squeal in the front brakes that progressively got worse over the next two days. I spoke with Hilton on 4/1/22 who recommended I contact the service department. Jared was more than accommodating and got me in that Tuesday. Well my jeep spent two days in the shop only for me to leave and get back on the highway to once again experience the SAME issue even after they indicated they machined the rotors and put new pads on. I called Jared back and he was able to get me into the shop today; once again very accommodating. Well 1 1/2 hours later I go for a very short drive with the tech who indicated he was the one who fixed the brakes the week prior and there “shouldn’t be any issues”. There was very little braking so the issue appeared to be fixed. The tech indicated there were “rocks” in the brake pads “which is a common problem with jeeps” he proceeded to tell me that he “priced me out AFTER MARKET brake pads at O’Rileys and they would be about $130”. This I felt was an indirect way indicating to me the dealership is washing their hands of the issue even if it wasn’t resolved. Once I left and got back onto the highway the issue was UNCHANGED. Ove not heard a single Jeep squeal when stopping like mine. Well I have only had my “ certified preowned” vehicle for 18 days and the brakes are as squeaky /squealey as they were from the start. I am extremely disappointed with the actual service on my jeep and feel as though Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep does not stand behind the used vehicle they sell you. This experience is certainly not representative of my sales experience. I guess I will have to take my vehicle elsewhere to fix this issue and will think twice about being a repeat customer. More
I ordered a Wrangle Rubicon in November of 2022 . I was told 8 to 10 weeks . I understood that . It took 5 months to get the Rubicon . At the beginning I was given a trade in allowance . I was told that this dealership would stand by the allowance for my car. But the finance manager didn't !!!! It cost me an additional $5K ! This is not a good business operation . Also they don't take appointments for oil changes . I drove 20 miles for them to tell that they COULDN'T get to me today !!!! THIS IS A BIG BS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anthony was my contact ( salesman ) He was good I have no complaints with him .. If you are dealing with this dealership get EVERYTHING in writing. As for me I will not be doing business with this dealership in the future !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
It's pretty bad that you spend 40 thousand dollars on a used jeep. Then take it in to the service shop to get the camera turned on the radio. To be told it's 160 dollars and can't do it for 4 days. It's a used jeep. Then take it in to the service shop to get the camera turned on the radio. To be told it's 160 dollars and can't do it for 4 days. It's a 10 minute job to plug the computer to the obd plug and turn the camera on. Very disappointed with place. More

Everyone at Myrtle Beach Jeep is absolutely wonderful, especially Josh (my sales guy from the beginning) and of course Robbie - both all-round great guy's and the best and consider them great friends and especially Josh (my sales guy from the beginning) and of course Robbie - both all-round great guy's and the best and consider them great friends and I cant leave out Christina in service super sweet and always takes good care of us. I have purchased at least 6 vehicles in the past 3-4 years and I have always been treated with professionalism, they are always courteous and understand what I want in a vehicle. After losing all our belongings and keys in a fire we needed a new key cut and programmed for our Jeep. I spoke to Jared on the phone and he told me if I could get the Jeep out there before 6:00pm he cou needed a new key cut and programmed for our Jeep. I spoke to Jared on the phone and he told me if I could get the Jeep out there before 6:00pm he could help me out getting a tech to do it. After problems with the tow service I finally got the Jeep out there that night and my Jeep was ready to go first thing the next morning. Out of the entire experience with the fire this place was the easiest to deal with. Everything else has been a hassle to get straight. Thanks Jared for getting me in and out. More
My car needed some warranty work done and Eric made it a breeze. A few emails and a phone call later and I was all set. I was in and out far quicker than I expected to be. My past experiences with other breeze. A few emails and a phone call later and I was all set. I was in and out far quicker than I expected to be. My past experiences with other dealerships regarding warranty work were just awful and I was not looking forward to this but my mind has been changed. I won't dread going in the future. Good job Eric - and a huge thank you and job well done to the tech or techs that worked on my car and had it done incredibly quick. More
