We needed a car to get around and he facilitated this. He told us he would do what he could to get the piece needed for the Jeep so we could return home on schedule. He told us Friday which was cutting it close BUT the car was repaired by Thursday evening. We were so relieved. I feel that when we do move to Myrtle Beach we can depend on this dealership to help when and if we need it. You have a great employee in Brad Bazinet. More

If you are smart, heed the warnings. This establishment is full of shady sales people. The GM and owner are no better. You are much better off taking your business elsewhere. Things may seem rosey for some,but rest assured those are the same folks that were lucky enough to have zero issues. For those of you looking for some kind of recourse, file complaints with the FTC, Consumer Affairs, BBB or the State Attorney's office. They should be held accountable for their deceptive and dishonest business practices! More
This was my second trip back to service for brakes on a New 2014 Jeep Patriot. First time they told me it was just the nature of the beast and sent me on my way. This time I came prepared with more knowledge on brakes and they actually took it for a test drive with me so that they could hear the noise it was making and Brad agreed he could hear it also. When we got back to dealership Brad spoke to another service employee asking him if he wanted to take the jeep for a test drive to see if he could hear what we heard or should they go ahead and just send it back to service which made me feel as though what I heard and Brad heard didn't matter if this guy decided he didn't hear it. I am not a lier and I don't appreciate being treated as if I am or that I am an idiot both of which they made me feel. I was at the dealership at 9:30AM with an appointment and because they only had 2 mechanics on staff that could look at warranty items I never left until 2PM. So far both of my experiences with this service department have left me longing for Addy Harbor Dodge. More
Purchased my certified 09 wrangler at the end of September, the day I picked it up I noticed the a/c was not working correctly. Bob had the service dept. work on it and recharged the system. Being a customer and a woman in a 'male dominated' business, I REALLY REALLY appreciate the immediate respect,attention,friendliness,and concern for my needs. We are greeted with friendly smiles immediately every time we have entered either the show room or service.If someone is on the phone we are awknowledged , not ignored ( common courtesy). EXCELLENT customer service from all involved with my recent visit in the service department (as well as in the past purchases). I did not feel at any time insignificant or demeaned in any way. Service dept: Mr.Tyronne is very understanding - LISTENING and ANSWERING my concerns rather than looking at me as "just another woman he has to deal with asking silly questions". Mr.Tyronne checked my vehicle to make sure the service was complete (rather than just handing me the keys and my driving off) to find out oops...we still had a problem to which he quickly addressed!! THANK YOU-you're the best and a true gentleman!!! Mr.Robert Hayner came to to my rescue (again, bless his heart),especially being Mothers Day weekend and with my nursing schedule as well as my husband's busy schedule !!! I work for the school district and with that said my co-workers are impressed by the extended cusotmer service I have received ( word of mouth is the best publicity). So with that said, I share this true gratitude and appreciation to all involved. More
I bought a car and have taken it back to this dealership for repairs and warranty items which I paid an extra 2500 dollars for the extended warranty from them and yet they wont repair my car and told me to for repairs and warranty items which I paid an extra 2500 dollars for the extended warranty from them and yet they wont repair my car and told me to drive it 73 miles to the original dealership but my warranty through them I bought is being run out of time... I find this pathetic and fraudulent... Better yet they sell me the rental car program and tell me i am not 25 and cant rent a vehicle through them... They are fraudulent and will do anything for an extra buck More
I too have had no luck with this place! I went to have a tune up done replacing my spark plugs. This morning will be the 3rd time to take it back! When they fixed it the first time they must have put broken parts in my jeep. I went back after a few days and they turned the code off and said ok its fixed. BULL! It has come back on yet again. And I am really upset! The price would have been awesome 110.00 if it were fixed but the return in gas to keep going back and baby sitter cost to have someone watch my kids is getting to be too much. I will def take my jeep else where the next time I have anything done! More
