He made one trip to his manager, came back with three options, we tightened up the one option that was closest to what we wanted and shook hands! Deal was done! I had the vehicle I wanted and a payment that was actually less than where we started from. Lou was friendly and easy to talk to, he listened to what we wanted and made it happen.
