Thorough, prompt and friendly Service. We travel to Myrtle Beach in October every year for a few weeks on our way to Florida for the winter. It was time for our vehicle's oil change and tir We travel to Myrtle Beach in October every year for a few weeks on our way to Florida for the winter. It was time for our vehicle's oil change and tire rotation, so I decided to go to MB Chrysler for the service. I arrived late morning and was told there was a two hour wail at that time but 3 to 5 was usually better. I decided to go to lunch and run and errand and returned around about 2:30. At that time I was taken in promptly. I was told that my tires were wearing evenly and didn't need to be rotated at that time. I was told my air cleaner needed to be replaced. Because I had been told before that the air cleaner was due soon, I elected to have it replaced. The service was prompt and friendly. The most important reason for this review is that I feel very confident that the service was performed completely and I am confident that as I continue to travel I have a serviced vehicle. Thank you!
