(From the reviews I had read, and a brief test drive se I went to the dealership to explore replacing my 6 year old Town and Country with a Pacifica. (From the reviews I had read, and a brief test drive several month ago at another dealership, I knew this was the car I wanted. I had hoped to find a used Pacifica with low mileage, but could not find one in my area that was equipped the way I wanted). The dealership had a couple of cars in stock that fit my needs. Lou let me take one home to show my wife, and we eventually decided on a different Pacifica that was available. Working with Lou was as painless as buying a new car could be. He was friendly and patient throughout the process. He had a thorough knowledge of Pacifica in general and what features were available on the various trim levels. He understood my needs completely, and did not try to upsell me. He worked hard to get a final price that fit my requirements. After all the paper work was done, he spent well over an hour sitting in our new car patiently showing me how all the controls worked. service department We recently needed service on our 2011 Chrysler town and country van. We are from upstate New York, and had some issues on our way here. A front caliper failed, brake failed, engine light, and transmission issue. We went to a local parts shop, and they recommended Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. I called, made contact with Brad in service. from the very start, he was very helpful, and courteous. This was late on a Friday, He got us in immediately. Made contact and reservations for a rental car, since ours would be down. The service department did an excellent repair job.Was done faster than I thought, and the van is running better than ever. Brad was extremely helpful every step of the way. He has followed up since the service, out of true concern since we were from out of town.
