I have bought 3 Chrysler Pacificas from Myrtle beach Chrysler and Jeep, and if I were to ever need another one they would be my first and only stop. When I was in my car accident with my 2021 Chrysler P Chrysler and Jeep, and if I were to ever need another one they would be my first and only stop. When I was in my car accident with my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica I called Myrtle beach Chrysler Jeep right up and they worked day and night to get me back in the perfect Chrysler for my family. As a foster mom of 6 kids it was crucial I had the perfect car that met everyone’s needs. Let me begin by saying my buying experience at this dealership with Hilton was absolutely amazing! I bought my 2018 Wrangler on 3/29/22 and the process was seamless! Upon leaving the dealership and get dealership with Hilton was absolutely amazing! I bought my 2018 Wrangler on 3/29/22 and the process was seamless! Upon leaving the dealership and getting out onto the highway I noticed a squeak/squeal in the front brakes that progressively got worse over the next two days. I spoke with Hilton on 4/1/22 who recommended I contact the service department. Jared was more than accommodating and got me in that Tuesday. Well my jeep spent two days in the shop only for me to leave and get back on the highway to once again experience the SAME issue even after they indicated they machined the rotors and put new pads on. I called Jared back and he was able to get me into the shop today; once again very accommodating. Well 1 1/2 hours later I go for a very short drive with the tech who indicated he was the one who fixed the brakes the week prior and there “shouldn’t be any issues”. There was very little braking so the issue appeared to be fixed. The tech indicated there were “rocks” in the brake pads “which is a common problem with jeeps” he proceeded to tell me that he “priced me out AFTER MARKET brake pads at O’Rileys and they would be about $130”. This I felt was an indirect way indicating to me the dealership is washing their hands of the issue even if it wasn’t resolved. Once I left and got back onto the highway the issue was UNCHANGED. Ove not heard a single Jeep squeal when stopping like mine. Well I have only had my “ certified preowned” vehicle for 18 days and the brakes are as squeaky /squealey as they were from the start. I am extremely disappointed with the actual service on my jeep and feel as though Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep does not stand behind the used vehicle they sell you. This experience is certainly not representative of my sales experience. I guess I will have to take my vehicle elsewhere to fix this issue and will think twice about being a repeat customer. More

This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from this dealership over the last 15yrs...I am very satisfied with the customer service...just traded out my 2016 GMC Terrain to a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude dealership over the last 15yrs...I am very satisfied with the customer service...just traded out my 2016 GMC Terrain to a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude....Tyler and Nic helped us out and they were very Great! Staff was attentive to my needs for a vehicle. Originally I wanted a Wrangler Rubicon, but there was not one in inventory. But after listening to why I needed a bigger vehicle that my MB C300, the Originally I wanted a Wrangler Rubicon, but there was not one in inventory. But after listening to why I needed a bigger vehicle that my MB C300, they were able to show value in the Gladiator Rubicon, and we were able to strike a deal. From Internet inquiry to final sale (and detailing), the crew here was top notch!! They even let me bring my French bulldog on site! Bonus!! More
