I am confident that if I didn't have Hilton to work with I may not have made a deal that day. I was surprised to go from looking to purchasing and driving off the same day; the dealership is amazing. I previously tried to work with another dealership and found that dealership unwilling to move on price of both a new jeep and my trade. The reason that I walked away from a deal was not because of the sales person, it was strictly because of Tyson Lautanen. He was condescending, despairing and manipulative. He attempted to play games with th of the sales person, it was strictly because of Tyson Lautanen. He was condescending, despairing and manipulative. He attempted to play games with the financials and tried to gaslight us, when we questioned the change from the original document. He showed me his shoes over the desk, as if I should buy him a new pair. He also attempted to change and hide numbers from the original document. If I should ever purchase from MB Jeep, which at this point, is NEVER. Mr. Lautanen will not be involved with purchase, the minute he is, I will walk away again. More
