I purchased the car prior to the dealership completing a full detail. Kane offered to have me bring the car back at my convenience and provided a loaner car to drive while my car was being detailed. Our salesman was Hilton and he was nice and clear when working with us in finding our Jeep Cherokee . However, I noticed while we were doing the test drive there was a crack in the windshield and I let hi working with us in finding our Jeep Cherokee . However, I noticed while we were doing the test drive there was a crack in the windshield and I let him know which he was very surprised. He advised there would be a discount or it would be repaired. I asked about it again when we went to sign the paperwork and was told very casually that it would be repaired. I was not given a date and time on when to bring it back in for repair. we get to the car and I asked Hilton about it again and We were blown off and advised to contact our insurance company and pay the deductible to have it repaired. NO this is not right. Jeep should fix this crack as it was done before I bought the vehicle. So I give three stars for the brush off. More
