We drove down to Myrtle Beach(4 1/2 hours) and found the jeep in great condition and a professional friendly staff! Tyler in the finance/business office was friendly and helpful! After we purchased, Hilton called to follow up, the parts department called about a backordered tire kit that was supposed to be in the car(we didn't realize it wasn't there), offered to ship it to us, and then Tyler and Hilton checked in again to follow up and make sure we were happy with our purchase! My experience with the Service Department was over-the-top. I had an appointment for service for 6/7/23 at 10:00 A.M. for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux. However, on 6/6 had a dead battery over-the-top. I had an appointment for service for 6/7/23 at 10:00 A.M. for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux. However, on 6/6 had a dead battery when I came out of a restaurant around noon. AAA started the car and I drove to the dealership where they kept the car overnight in view of service the next day. My daughter and son-in-law took me home. Around noon on 6/7 I had a phone call that the car was ready. Because my husband and I live in an Assisted Living facility, "Mike" traveled to pick me up and transported me in the company van to collect the car. All systems were checked out, the chief problem repaired, the car cleaned up, looking its best since purchase in December of 2021!. Everything was under warranty, so no charges. They didn't even charge for keeping the car overnight. I have never had such a pleasant experience with service - all personnel were so eager and helpful it was heartwarming to this 85-year-old, and tremendously appreciated! Turned a "breakdown" into a blessing. More
