I have had an awful experience with this service department. Had appointment at 9:30 and wasn't serviced until 3:00. Was told alot of cars were brought in and I was next. Why have an appointment i department. Had appointment at 9:30 and wasn't serviced until 3:00. Was told alot of cars were brought in and I was next. Why have an appointment if it is first come first serve. I tried calling them back and was put on hold for 17 minutes. I called back on another phone and got hold of someone in the office and he took my name and number and said he would hand deliver it to Jerrod. I have been a Jeep customer since 1993 and have never had so many problems with service. I would like to say that when I finally got my car back the owner came and apologized and also the young man was very apologetic. I thank them for their kindness. More
