They kept in touch with me every couple of weeks for eight months until finally the exact car I was looking for arrived on their lot as a trade in at a great payment I was looking for. I was very surprised #1 that the exact car had been traded and #2 the level of customer satisfaction and professionalism from them. When I decided I was in the market for a new car I didn't know where to start! I looked on line for cars that I was interested in and went from there. My experience was different from many others I am sure, I live in New York State! Keith worked with me in every way possible to get me down to South Carolina so that I could get my new car. We are greeted with friendly smiles immediately every time we have entered either the show room or service.If someone is on the phone we are awknowledged , not ignored ( common courtesy). EXCELLENT customer service from all involved with my recent visit in the service department (as well as in the past purchases). I did not feel at any time insignificant or demeaned in any way. Service dept: Mr.Tyronne is very understanding - LISTENING and ANSWERING my concerns rather than looking at me as "just another woman he has to deal with asking silly questions". Mr.Tyronne checked my vehicle to make sure the service was complete (rather than just handing me the keys and my driving off) to find out oops...we still had a problem to which he quickly addressed!! THANK YOU-you're the best and a true gentleman!!! Mr.Robert Hayner came to to my rescue (again, bless his heart),especially being Mothers Day weekend and with my nursing schedule as well as my husband's busy schedule !!! I work for the school district and with that said my co-workers are impressed by the extended cusotmer service I have received ( word of mouth is the best publicity). We had first went to Addy's Harbor Dodge to buy a used car but it turned out to be the worst experience ever - We walked out the door and headed to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. Our salesmen was Sam, VERY honest and showed us a few options of what we could get within our budget. We picked out a very nice 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was very satisfied with the purchase and overall experience. This was a little over a year ago. This month we decided to get rid of our 2007 Chevy Cobalt and without hesitation, contacted Sam at MB Chrysler and let him know we were looking for a Ford Focus. Sam had a couple of Ford Focus's waiting on us to test drive for very next day. After a test drive we decided we wanted the 2009 Ford Focus SES with 39k miles- The approval process was fast and easy and we were in our new car within an hour and a half... Sam gave us a great deal and even had the car fully detailed and filled it up with a full tank of gas while we were signing paperwork. If you are in the market for a new or used car don't waste your time going from dealership to dealership -Head to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. See Sam, he is the best, most honest and nicest salesmen I have every dealt with. He doesn't look at you like a dollar sign but a friend. -Jordan and Kendra More

I have long thought about driving a jeep. With 2 high school kids with sporting equipment and carrying around friends, I thought it would never happen. Purchased 2013 Chrysler 200 convertible, total with taxes, etc, $35000. 6 wks later, needed SUV for business. Went to trade in car, offered $24,000 for 35,000 vehicle. Only reason they offered amount w taxes, etc, $35000. 6 wks later, needed SUV for business. Went to trade in car, offered $24,000 for 35,000 vehicle. Only reason they offered amount was because they sold me the car. 6 months later, they the trade in value was $14,000. Car is NOT worth anything. BAD TRADE-IN VALUE. Horrible! Dealership and sales person were great. No complaints with the dealership. However, the Chrysler 200 Convertible value is HORRIBLE. VERY CHEAPLY MADE CAR. Do research on this vehicle. Very sorry I didn't research before purchasing. More
