Very pleasant buying experience! My Sales Associate, Mike Ebert made buying a new Jeep Wagoneer the most relaxing and low pressure experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. He was My Sales Associate, Mike Ebert made buying a new Jeep Wagoneer the most relaxing and low pressure experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, kind, polite and especially patient! My last three vehicles were Suburbans, so I was at first apprehensive about making the switch to Jeep. Mike took the time to talk to me and show me why I might like a Wagoneer. At no time did I ever feel pressured into a deal. I felt like I was talking to a friend with a sincere intent to help me pick the right vehicle, and not just trying to make a sale. When it came time to make a decision, his manager Casey stepped in to help me figure out some pricing options. He was also very helpful and patient while I was making my final decision. I was dreading the search for a new vehicle, but Mike and Casey went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with my choices. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Mike Ebert and this great dealership! I love my new Jeep Wagoneer! Thank you! More
