Started looking for a new vehicle about three weeks ago. Did all of my on-line work (pricing, rating, safe reviews, etc.) and picked my 1st, 2nd and 3th choice vehicle. Visited another local Chevrolet deale Did all of my on-line work (pricing, rating, safe reviews, etc.) and picked my 1st, 2nd and 3th choice vehicle. Visited another local Chevrolet dealership to test drive a 2012 Malibu model that I wanted - liked the car and asked for a quote on a 2012 LTZ w/1LZ - it was too high. When home and asked for a quote for the same vehicle on-line from more than four other dealers. Most did not provide a quote - they wanted to sell me a vehicle but I needed to come to the showroom or they needed to see my trade-in first. Myrtle Beach Chevrolet was the only local dealer to provide a on-line bottom line quote. (Four dealers are local to me). I give the only dealership that I had visited to this point a number of chances to offer a better deal - after three quotes - all higher than my on-line quote. Also gave them a chance to rise the value of my trade-in (found out I could sell the vehicle to Ford dealer for 10 to 15% more - no responce. I got my 2012 Chevrolet at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet. More

There Internet Sales department is the best I have ever dealt with!! Even the owner comes over to meet you and thank you for shopping there, I havent seen anything like that in a long time. New school vehicles and personalized service. They are GREAT!! More
I finally broke down and bought a new car and in my opinion from the BEST Dealership ever!!!!! What a pleasure it was to deal with such caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and reasonable people. I've boug opinion from the BEST Dealership ever!!!!! What a pleasure it was to deal with such caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and reasonable people. I've bought about 8 new cars in my life and so far this was the best experience ever. The salesman(Jonathan)..knew every question I asked and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted even down to the memory seat settings! I was then introduced to the managers, The Owner, and the service folks too. I'm going to recommend everyone I know to this wonderful establishment so they can have the same experience as I did. I love my Cadillac! Thanks again to Myrtle Beach Chevy Cadillac!! More
Beware......this is a horrible dealership! I was Beware......this is a horrible dealership! I was traveling alone with my young daughter and had problems with my vehicle, went to this dealership for Beware......this is a horrible dealership! I was traveling alone with my young daughter and had problems with my vehicle, went to this dealership for help with a problem that GM would cover, service manager was rude, uncaring person as was the serivice writer. I had been talking with a GM representative because of a known documented problem with my vehicle. GM would pay for the problem but, this dealership refused to work with GM, Service manager refused to speak with the GM representative telling me I was not his customer so therefore he would do nothing to help us unless we had $1100.00 to fix the vehicle. They also tried to sell me other parts that I know my vehicle didn't need.....like brakes and rotors. This dealership could careless about the customer and is only out to make a buck and sell you as many partsas they can even if you don't neeed them. I will try to drive my vehicle back to NY where it will be repaired by a chevy dealership at no cost to me because GM will take care of it there. The sevice managers parting words to me were "he hopes I don't break down on a weekend". What a seriously sick person! I can't beleive GM would allow this dealership to represent them.
