Vehicle trade in I stopped by on the way back from Harrisonburg Va. I had a 2013 Ford Explorer and I noticed three 2016 Ford Explorers on the lot. I was interested in one of the 2016 Explorers and a possible trade of my 2013 Explorer or my 2011 Ford Escape. Dave was very pleasant and not pushy at all. Dave put me in contact with Caine Davenport the general sales manager. Caine gave me a figure on both of my vehicles on trade. Both Dave and Caine were very helpful and first class individuals. i ended up purchasing one of the 2016 Explorers and could not be more pleased with the entire experience.
