Drew was absolutely wonderful to work with! I was pretty indecisive and drove a LOT of vehicles before finally finding the one that felt right. As soon as I saw the Tiguan, I knew it was the on I was pretty indecisive and drove a LOT of vehicles before finally finding the one that felt right. As soon as I saw the Tiguan, I knew it was the one I wanted. Drew even went out of his way to have one brought in from another location so I could test drive it. But what really stood out was how far he went beyond being just a sales rep. He detailed the vehicle himself and even worked to get the rusted screws off so I could move my license plate. He never just handed me off to someone else. He always stuck around, made sure I had what I needed, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy. The following week, he arranged to have the Simoniz done, picked up my new Tiguan from work, left me with a loaner, and then brought my Tiguan back to me. And then I found out it was his DAY OFF! Talk about going above and beyond. I am so grateful for Drew and everything he did to make what felt like a difficult decision so much easier. I absolutely love my new Tiguan and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Drew! More
