Customers need to be treated like more than a number Service center needs to remember the financial commitment customers make on their new cars. It's a huge deal when a jeep two days off lot has a issue Service center needs to remember the financial commitment customers make on their new cars. It's a huge deal when a jeep two days off lot has a issue. Service center folks are so complacent to people bringing in their cars they forget about the customers and our worries and stress. We don't want to hear I'll make you an appointment in a week. Especially for a new car two days off the new car lot with a check engine light already. We need reassuring that the exceptional experience on the sales end gets followed through on the service end. This wasn't routine service on a car that's been on road for a while, this was a brand new purchase with less than 200 miles on it. I would have expected immediate attention and constant communication on the problem. You need to have a training refresher course on getting back to taking care of customers. Buyers are loyal to the brand and we can buy something anywhere. I would rather write a review that says I had an issue with my brand new Jeep and the service department was all over it and busted butt making it right. Instead of me having to call for three days checking on it and pushing to get it looked at. It would have sat there for a week or more if I was not calling. More
Check Engine Indication Fixed I was originally displeased because Service wouldn’t even scan code to see if it was safe to drive my PT Cruiser — in fairness though, they were quite I was originally displeased because Service wouldn’t even scan code to see if it was safe to drive my PT Cruiser — in fairness though, they were quite busy. I returned for my appointment a couple days later and it turned out to need a part. After that came in, another part — this time the PCM — needed replacement. $1400 MoPar Part, but used one would be about $300. No Brainer, since 2010 PT Cruiser not worth fitting a new part. Went with used part, came back when it arrived, and that fixed the problem. “Mandi”, the Service Advisor, was personable and pleasant. She worked to get me the best price on repairs she could and kept me informed of progress. The dealer had free donuts, popcorn, soft drinks, and coffee available usually in the waiting area, along with magazines and television. All in all, as good an experience as any car trouble can be. I would have given 5 stars if they could have read my code originally and told me whether it was OK to drive my car with the “Check Engine” light on steady. More

Engine Replacement I brought my 2008 Ram in for warranty service on 09/06/2018. My Ram engine overheated causing extensive damage to pistons and cylinder walls. The root cause of the problem was traced to a leaking water pump. After getting a runaround for the status on my vehicle for 8.5 weeks I was told the vehicle was ready, and picked it up on 11/06/2018. In three weeks and less than 1000 miles later, I had another engine failure. The second dealer suspected that the original replacement was done incorrectly. Now I am having to wait for another engine replacement. So in the last 13 weeks I have had my truck for less than 3 weeks. More
